Wehrmacht (German: "defence force" or more literally "defence-power") was the name of the unified armed forces of Germany from 1935 to 1945. It consisted of the Heer (army), the Kriegsmarine (navy) and the Luftwaffe (air force).
This is not offensive in any way that I can think of, so what if he used the German word for "defense" at the beginning of his name. So his name begins with the word defense, although Wulfe is not german for wolf, "Wolf" is german for wolf. So his name is gibberish, how you find this offensive I have no clue.
If I chose the name Zero, would you find that offensive? Wait, how about Jihad? It's a name, not even a correct name at that. Get a grip and take the stick out of your rear.
