I am starting this thread, so people can post which guides would they want to see here in the guides forum in the future

I placed this thread here because the topic is mostly related to guides forum

Personaly, I would want to see a guide about increasing chances of getting items from NPC cities.. I'm still experimenting with this, and it would be very helpful if someone know a bit more about this and creates a guide about it

ok heres a guide:

1.to increase the medal drop rate send heroes with high intelligence

2. go here

3. ...

If there was an item in evony that can increase the chance on getting items, then the guide would tell you to use is

Since the % is mostly unknown , and there is probably a random factor to it , nothing can be tested to increase any drop

I can tell you from experience that :

1: more troops
2: less troops
3: hero int stat
4: any hero stat
5: loosing troops
6: 0 troops loss
7: day of the week or time of day
8: # of rounds of the battle

All of the above have nothing to do with increasing your chances of a drop

I conquered a lvl10 NPC recently.
Mostly, when I let the NPC replenish longer (like 2 min) I got a medal, otherwise not, so I'm not so sure now...
Many players say that they wait some time for NPC to replenish and then attack to have a high chance to get a medal.

But this may work only on NPC cities

The other thing that confused me was that I got 2 items when I was defending from a "big" attack.. I killed 19k balista, 50k archers, 4k rams and a number of cataphrats and lost 60k archers 110k warriors and some more troops.. it was a new city with low walls and lvl3 town hall, but was attacked from a lvl10 city.. I have no idea if this all means something, but it's odd I got the 2 items right in this battle, and never again...

i've found that too. The more troops i killed it was more likely that i got a medal it seemed. I also conquered one and i took my sweet time with it so i could get medals and i got justice medals mostly when i was fighting the 40k warriors... if there were less troops i wasn't able to get a medal.....

only note thatz newer server... less chances of medal drops... hope this helps too

btw, I'm on server w13 and there medal drops are often as usual
