in my hometown there are 2 mansions. both of them are haunted. one is open for tours but the other is a private residence. i happen to be friends with the person who lives there. tomorrow i'll post more specific stuff i need to go to bed.

Really, all I can do is create a basis for people to use.

i grew up in the town where lizzie borden commited her crimes. The house is now a bed and breakfast and appeard on "ghost hunters" on the sci-fi channel. right on second st.

Where I grew up was a city called Oxnard, California. Watched TV shows get filmed around town(BJ and Bear, Chips, Adam12, Happy days, quite a few others), Seen navy seals on exercises off shore, see some of the biggest freight ships in the world, the olympic torch run by, the goodyear blimp when there was only 1 of them, testing of the booster rockets for the space shuttle before the space shuttle was used, murders, drugs, sealions, sharks, whales.

Some of the coolest things about where I grew up, like all the marine life at the beaches, or the snow when you look up from the beach into the mountains, no longer exist.

Although I don't live there, Chattahooche, Fl has a mental hospital that is the insiration of "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" and is still used to house FL's criminally insane, the murders, etc.

Although I don't live there...my hometown of Dayton, OH used to have a mental hospital called The Orient or something like that. I've heard stories about how they used to abuse their people, and they had chains in the basement for disorderly people, etc... I think it's a nursing home now.
