"NPC cities: NPC cities need to be balanced in their spread around the world. They can be easily farmed, so when I see areas just FILLED with them, and I look at my city and see theres a lack thereof..it gets a little upsetting. I remember seeing a post from a mod talking about removing many of the cities. I think they just need to be better spread around."
