    They make the cheese by whatever processes they employ, and then they let it sit for about 6 months until (no lie) bugs are actually crawling out of it.
    they cut the excess mold off and dip it in a mixture that makes the bugs evacuate, then they dip it into wax and sell it. You can actually become ill from over-indulging in this cheese, just like bleau-cheese.
    well there is also limburger, that could be its greatest opponent
