(you siad in words not a poem so heres a simile)

women are like the sea ...at best beautiful calm and warm to the touch taking all the ache out of a mans body

at worst destroying the lives and dreams of men with but one movement

    Star lit summer night
show me for what I pray tonight
    an asian aphrodite,
brown eyes brighter than the sun.
And the words she has written,
    could make a man smitten
and as I go down to bed,
I leave with the thoughts in my head
    Star light, star bright

    (For Rose. )
Note: If I write a poem about you, I wont write what I dont believe, but I think a great number of women are good looking.
Wow, you're awesome! I love it and thank you for making me feel special.

    Dancer

In her eyes I seek upon an inner peace
To show me the way of love
Upon a pedestal she moves with her grace
A wondrous angel from up above

In this place of sin and sorrow
The battlefield of evil and good
I saw with my own two eyes
To make a choice, I said “I would”

She covers herself up with thickened skin
But only the softest touch I feel
The irony that she dances in the nude
I will wait until it all peels

In my mind it rains with delusion
Paranoid thoughts and former broken relationships
But my heart tells me otherwise
A purity of light, love in the taste of her lips

Though she wants me to be
A scared little girl claws at her restlessly
In my chest I pant and yearn for her
But I suffer from the dark seeds that blur

My vision is disabled and I cannot see
But my heart has sight where eyes cannot be
And now I am nothing more then blind
So head first I must dive within the love that binds

Lyrics to the song I danced to at my wedding for our wedding dance:

I've had time to write a book
About the way you act and look,
    But I haven't got a paragraph.
Words are always getting in my way.
    Anyway, I love you.
That's all I have to tell you.
That's all I've got to say.

And now, I'd like to make a speech
About the love that touches each,
But stumbling, I would make you laugh.
I feel as though my tongue were made of clay.
    Anyway, I love you.
That's all I have to tell you.

I'm not a man of poetry.
    Music isn't one with me.
    It runs from me.
    It runs from me.

    Cool

Sooner or later a troll is going to walk in here, shout, "GAY!" and then walk out. And really? I'm surprised it won't be me. Jk, I love women. Women are the opposite of beer. They is better when they is warm.

So what will you do when they call your name and you're not ready to go?
Everyone will stare at you and tell you what you know
That you're in too deep and you can't quite keep your secrets, one and all
We might just make it after all, on our own
