What Storm is referring to is the constant creation of threads.

There are about 2 threads on average a day created in OT, most of them lately have been completely useless. The games have always been part of OT so no one is complaining about that. But if you check the older threads, you will see that lately OT is getting spammed with useless threads everyday lately.

It seems that once someone makes a thread, the next thing you know several more threads pop up of complete spam almost as a countermeasure. I can name at least 14 threads in the past week that OT could have gone without.
