    Nice work Evony..no battle report if u dont kill at least 10% of defender's troops?!?
    Today my alliance members lost 200k cataphracts and 200k of archers in 4 attacks and they even cant know what got them?
    I dont want to spend days by making troops that get killed in 20 minutes and without a report of what killed them. It is impossible to attack now.
    5 good players from my alliance quit already because of that, and I think that I will follow them very soon.
    Evony made a suicide with this patch.

    yes it is kinda stupid to not have ur battle reports...it would be nice to have them back but as to send 1 worker or w/e to a town and get full info on that persons defences.. stupid if u ask me...it's just one of the things of the game that has a no win/no win situations like all games have atleast one or more...

    in my opinion it is a bit weird that an army of 100k phracts (or any other trooptype) can be "ambushed" so that none get away with some intel on the battle. at a certain armysize a battlereport should be given, no matter how terribly you were outnumbered by the enemy forces (i find it stupid anyway that the standard armys reach sizes of 100k and more troops although evony is set in a time where battles of a few thousand men were considered large already).

    I like this change. It was stupid that someone could send 1k warriors which all die and know the details of my town. The person who sent the warriors sent them explicitly for the plunder report.

    even so it should still show u what wiped u out

    true, at least that could be in the warreport without making scoutreports unnecessary.

    All I wanted to say was that now with 10% update u can lose millions of troops without getting a single battle report that shows what killed them.
    That gives huge advantage to defender and makes game unbalanced(as it wasnt unbalanced before).
    It also gives huge advantage to "teleporting war cities" tactic-u just fill your city with troops and resources,teleport it in hostile region and enemies just dont have the right way to plan a tactic against you because there is no way to find out what that city holds. Of course it is much easier to maintain large amount of troops in one city than in 7 or 8 cities so it is just a matter of time when will war cities start to win.
    Noone likes 1k warrior scout tactics but if someone gets info on you like that there is noo need for maintaining 500k of scouts in the city and u can always close your gates so 1k war dont get full info on your forces.

    I totally agree with you on that one Nerevarine.....I have never seen a wargame SO much in the advantage of the defender.....

    I mean its bad enough the game dont even have a purpose...but to make a game where only defenders stand a chance make me wanna

    Its a WARGAME DEVS wake up and make it possible to attack...or else we will have ppl only attacking inactive or npcs.....and then your otherwise nice game is dead.....I think this was defenitely a suicide blow made by developers.....only the ones not allready veterans of war can salute this choice made by you....

    AS Nerevarine said....this can only be made up by making a rollback ....thats a retry

    There is some middle ground.

    Make anything over 10,000 troops, you get battle report. Anything under, you need to make a dent of 10%. That would be more balanced.

    Well I would take anything that will let me see what killed my 100k of troops
