    Players QUITTING thanks Evony

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It seems as though many players are quitting this game do to the fact that with even a cordinated attack a defender wins no matter what. If someone has a 150k archers and some Archer Towers and you send well over a million archers and thousands of heavy at him, you will be detroyed. Whats the point of spending months of building up troops when this game gives a 100 percent advantage to defenders just so you can lose all the time you put in, in just a matter of a few minutes. Most of my alliance now decides to quit playing as well as other members of alliances I have spoken with..Guess you can kiss all that money spent thats actually is not worth what you get for what you pay goodbye. If you can not make things more fair for attackers then people are stuck attacking noobs!! How sad that is... No one wants to play a game like that let alone spend the money on it, because it is quite a waste, in all reality!!!

You moved so I'll move also.

I don't understand why there's so many complaints about the 'fairness' involved in this game. It's not supposed to be fair, it's supposed to be realistic and strategic. It's common sense that archer towers with multiple archers and a much higher vantage point would take down single archers on the ground with no protection. It just makes sense. As soon as they'd even it out, you'd be complaining about how you get attacked and your archer towers don't do anything.

I'd rather have the more realistic gameplay, even if it makes attacking difficult. It should be difficult to take down someone else's city. That's the competition. That's what makes a game. I personally don't want it to be easy. It's a war game. Get used to it.

First sign of difficulty and people give up, thats sad.

Whats better is to perfect your attacks and find out how to win with minimal Loss of troops

    Default Not Easy

I do not expect it to be easy, I expect it to have an affect. If you send 1 million archers to attack a city that has 150k archers and some AT's you should at least cause some damage, instead you kill only 100 of there archers, thats just insane and not realistic!!

I have sent 9000 of combined troop to attack a small castle and damage only 186 archer's towers. My troop got wiped out!! Totally unrealistic. I am quitting.

That sounds right, 9000 of your ground based force taken out by archers... yep, totally plausible AND you actually did damage.

But just like in a real war, there are other things that affect the outcome. Archery level, wall level, engineering level... So many things that affect how much better their defense is than your attack. This is why you scout first and determine what exactly they've researched, so you can combat it successfully. It doesn't matter how many archers you toss at them if their range is farther and wall defense is better. There are a lot of factors that affect a battle, and that's what makes this a complex and interesting game.

if you send 1 mil archers at 150K archers and some ATs your an idiot this game is meant for smart people not people who do that someone with a little common sense would send layering or 100K rams.
