What a world we live in where calling a spade a spade is labeled "nonconstructive" (unconstructive is not a word, as is unbased, substitute baseless for that perhaps). people need to get over their egos and stop crying like babies because they did a bad job and someone says so.
If a comment that is real and accurate is nonconstructive, than who's fault is it? Is it the person that doesn't want to hear reality and make use of whats said to better themselves, or is it the fault of someone who speaks plainly without trying to sooth someone's ego and say how its not their fault even though it is really? Im interested in the answer.
