Speaking for myself, the outage was annoying, but I didn't lose anything.

I feel badly for the people who lost troops and food. I live with some of them.

I appreciate the gesture from Evony, given that the outage wasn't their fault. I've worked in communciations for years, and I understand (although if this weren't a free-to-play game, I would *strongly* recommend a set of hot-swappable backups at another location).
