    Default Sooo....Mechanics Battalion from Amulet....

That luckbox item is such a joke I want to throw up. It would take a 150k prestige player 7+ DAYS (of CONSTANT production) to make all that, probably more. Not to mention how many resources it's worth, 50 million give or take...

El oh El whoever gets this item is winning their server.

P.S. Being able to get this item at a low level is absolutely stupid. I know someone who got this when they had 30k prestige and couldn't upkeep them or use them. Some pro foresight there by the developers.

P.P.S. Anyone who says that item isn't overpowered got it. Fact.

Yes, it IS a powerful item in the right hands.
I especially like when a brand new player gets it and opens it...then discovers that they cant supply the food to maintain it and starts panicking.

The wheel SHOULD have some fabulous prizes.

And players should not use items until they fully understand them.

mech betallion gives like ballistas catapults and rams...

It's not over powered at all by any means... those 3 units are easily killable, anyone that can't produce them and gets them will not have the proper army to defend them and use them correctly in a battle, I personally can produce them and don't really even use them.. So i honestly fail to see your logic about it being overpowered.

Edit: i have never gotten a mechanics betallion, so your statement is FICTION

I can't say how the mechanics of the wheel work, but if appearance is correct:

You have the same chance of winning any of the items that appear on the wheel. Some items show up as prizes more than others. you see more gold and resources than you do the 1000 coin prize or a mechanic battalion. based upon how often I have seen this item, I would guess that a couple of these are won everyday.

As far as just how powerful it is: a couple hundred of each siege machine would take a long time and consume a lot of resources to build. In order to use it a player needs food, lots of it. A new player would have to disband a good portion of it to send it anywhere. Without a decent supply of troops, the casualties could cost the player more honor than they gain. yes, they could wander around the neighborhood chewing up wall defenses. but they would hardly "win the server".

One of the best things about battalions by the way, is that they are INSTANT ARMIES. This is probably why they are not sold. when under imminent attack, a player can use battalions to instantly increase their army. Could be quite a surprise for an attacker to suddenly discover 100+ catapults in a town they had just scouted.

one final thought, there are plenty of things on the wheel that help new players dramatically. 40,000 wood is great on day 1. But after a couple of weeks, there are fewer things to get excited about. It's nice as a veteran to see that mech. batt. and hope you hit it.

I hear a common thing to happen is that, well, to dismiss them all.

yes, and the recovered resources are very helpful to a new player.
I would still just save it for when I really needed the forces, personal preference.

Just now won one! Want to search and see if there was anything written about it before I opened pandora's box of goodies! SO.... just wanted to let you know that someone actually does win the publisher's sweepstakes sometimes!

P.S. It's the first good thing that I have won from the wheel of fortune!

So for an update..... this is what the Mechanics Battalion gave me!

    351 Ballistas
    242 Battering Rams
    251 Catapults

    Look out neighbors!
