    merging alliances

does anyone know how to merge 2 alliances into one, besides everyone quitting the one and joining the new one?

You can't do that any other way, but if you want to avoid the prestige hit, have your host appoint a mule that can kick everyone and stay idle in the alliance then have everyone join the new alliance they moved into.

If they have a host playing (and he wants to go through with this), just expel every member, then he can leave himself with no prestige loss. Your not hit by the 10% if your the last member to leave, or you are expelled.

Well, I'm tired of these forums. Very little humor in them anymore. Adios all.

I always thought the last person in an alliance couldn't leave? It's been mentioned numerous times in the H&Q forum with the Host of an alliance being stuck in it for eternity until another sucker came along and took the spot over. :/

perhaps it changed, but I never saw a problem with it. At least when I left as the last member of an alliance, the you will lose 10% prestige warning never appeared.

    Perhaps someone could experiment? lol

How long ago was this test? Because I only honestly remember those questions from about half a month+ back. Recently I haven't seen them, but I haven't exactly been on the forum as much as I used to be.

I did that like back in April/May. Sometime around then. Like I said though, it perhaps did change. Oh well.
