You don't even know what hit you, that's how weak you are.
The max attacking force is 125k with attack and defense boosts of 25% each. Your aim is to manage 10% of that at most.
If someone manages to go through your defense like a hot knife through butter. What else can you say?
And the last server I barbed out on I had walls 8, Archery 8, 6K towers, 1K traps, 1K Abatis, 70K Warriors, 20K Archers 800 Ballista, 800 Transporters
On day 11.
And I got beat.
So, you and me both fail at Evony, so it seems because there is no room for 2nd best in Evony. It's a war game, in case you hadn't heard.
That unless the attacking army killed every person in the city and the army there would be someone left to tell what hit them.
They are called, wait for it, survivors.
In my opinion, the 10% rule is dumb and not realistic based on what happened historically and based on logic (something about wounded from the battle not being completely deaf, blind and stupid), and they already have a mechanic in game that will make everyone happy, for the most part: replace the blank battle report with one that actually states how much the loser actually lost (they should know the size of the attacking force since, you know, it's part of their army) and instead of a complete run-down of the opposing side's forces, use the scouting system where if you don't have a high enough infomatics you only get general troops amounts and types present.
Stopping a few warriors from doing the job of scouts is fine.
Stopping battle reports for MAJOR battles is not.
If I send 90k archers and they get wiped out by overwhelming reinforcements, I deserve to see a report on that.
This defense thing has never happened to me, but it would **** me off as well.
There is such a thing as going too far.
Yeah - the 10% rule is definitely having some negative consequences...
Obviously the defender should ALWAYS get a report - I mean they are being attacked, and your beacon tower tells you what's coming. Does it make sense that you have LESS information after the attack (get nothing because of the 10% rule) than before (see something because of beacon)?
And I agree - for large armies you should get a report. Attacking with 100k archers and getting no report is frustrating and I think unintended. It's good you can't scout with just 100 warriors now, but this was not the right way to go about fixing that problem.
