    the forum mods job is to police the forums and hopefully make it easier for new players to get to needed information, as well as ATTEMPT to answer questions and the like.

    Has nothing to do with the game. they are FORUM moderators not GAME moderators....

    edit: And before they were mods they were just regular posters like the rest of us. To the best of my knowledge they aren't getting paid for this so you arent THEIR customers you are UMGE's customer.

    Well no one here said UMGE doesn't read this forum. Or have someone who does. I simply told you what the FORUM moderators do....

    I suggested about having a LAISON OFFICER for the forum and basically said what his role will be, this is the reply
    Thanks again for your suggestion. We've already assigned one person to gather all the feedbacks, suggestions, bug reports, etc. We are still working on how to give feedbacks to the members, the improvement post was our first step, further actions will be taken in the near future.     Of course UMGE reads the forums. Several of their people have accounts. They log on and read what you have posted.

    Right, that's why nobody gives a rat's *** to update when there is a server down or a bad lag or someting.

    This is not the first browser game I am playing, usually the mods have something like a "supermod" that they kind of report to. That supermod is usually in contact with programmers or someone else so problems, complaints etc can be forwarded.

    Now, I for my part am 100% sure there is nobody on here that was sent by UMGE directly. Reason being, I went to their website and tried to reach someone in their chat. They are not even present there. For hours and hours you are "Number 2 in the queue", no matter when you log in to that chat. So if they don't have anyone online there I doubt they have the capacity and time to have several of their people browse around in this forum...

    Unfortunately, we have no supermods so we have to make do with the system that is in place.

    (ahhh! there it is, he is stating that they have 7 days to start correcting the obvious issues with the game that completely destroy his will or want to play. After all, when marketing its about the customers. Im sure any mature working person understands this concept.)

    3. After the 7 days, I will change the rules and make it impossible for you to progress any further.

    Get the point?

    (*lightbulb in head clicks on* Oh I see, if they dont attempt to correct these issues, he is quite clearly going to quit playing the game. Nothing in this world is free. A business doesn't just make a game so everyone can play for free and they can sleep better at night knowing they helped entertain someone for a few minutes out of the day. So therefor in order to have an effective business you need loyal paying customers. Thats his authority, he can decide when he stops being a customer. If you comprehended what he said you would of understood the joke as well, and instead of understanding the joke, you just became part of it)

    Lots of people are having problems with the game, but just because you make the issue known or send in a bug report doesn't mean that it will be fixed overnight. Give it time.
