My scenario involves only a new account that someone uses in addition to their standard account they play "for real" with.

If I had level 10 archery and catapults I would probably quit the game if I was leveled and forced to use these single city tactics just to add worth to myself as an alliance member

Surely there's something better to do - even if you ARE truly this spiteful after being removed from the game...
You obviously haven't experienced the career saddoes called JKingdom on server 3 - they spend all their time building a few scouts, attacking unguarded valleys then abandoning - they do it continuously for days on end and each time you have to take on a full strength valley to get your resource buff back - reinforce, I hear you say.....but then you can't farm......attack their cities....they just send a few resources to comfort and build a few more scouts and start the cycle again. Only 4 in the alliance (really a brother and sister with two accounts each) - each account only has one city, no defenses, no troops - just a few scouts and a few resources - drives ya bonkers 0.o
