You call it "guerrilla warfare". I call it griefing people just because you haven't developed as well as they have.
The long camp time, not really all as irritating as you would think. After all, as long as someone with a brain looks at the enemy tab often enough, they can notice additional attacks before they land.
Raiding valleys: Oh, look, a single scout headed for my valley. I think I'll reinforce it with 10 archers.
These are the tactics of people who hate to lose, and have nothing better to do then spend hours a day griefing people who play better.
