Guerrilla Warfare in Evony

I haven't used these tactics but I've used what I consider to be guerilla tactics: keeping my troops moving so they can't be hit and building up slowly while under constant assault by superior forces.

It all becomes about endurance - can that guy keep sending 200k troops at you every day?

If you make enough of a pain of yourself then, as someone posted, the counter is to capture an NPC near them and just keep them at zero. If the whole game is nothing but hitting comfort every 15 mins will you keep at it?

As you can't lose the city its a way to cause grief with minimal input but not much of a strategy.
