It`s no surprise that there is no community here if those are the tactics that are being used to try to create a community.
In the 1930`s and early 1940`s a certain German political party used those tactics of getting rid of "trouble makers" and "undesirables" in an attempt to create a "community" and we all know how miserably they failed.

A community consists of many different types of people and personalities and all of them need to be included in order to have a true community.
if the actions of some community members do not meet your expectations or approval then you need to help them to adjust their actions to be more acceptable.
One way of doing that is to lead by example.Present yourself and your actions as an example to that person of how you would like them to conduct themselves. The tactic of "do as I say not as I do" has never and will never work.

Criminals get put away in jail, they are taken away from the community so they can no longer be part of it or cause problems.

We have the report option on each and every post, when someone has proven themselves to be a constant trouble maker, I have no problem doing my part in the community and reporting them. Instead of just ignoring their existence and letting them insult other members, ruin thread and create nothing but chaos.

In a community, you would call the police for a drunk trying to fight everyone in sight, why not do the same on the forum?
