How can I destroy an construction on town?

I have the dynamite but it did not work!

I lost my base city and the one that rest does not have Feasting Hall or Beacon Tower!

I need to destroy houses to biut it!

when you click on a build there will be a red circle with a cross through it, click on that. Then click on the middle button.

Do u mean u are currently building something and u want to cancel it? If so, just click on the building that is currently being upgraded, there should be 2 options, (speed up or cancel) select cancel.
