Hercules was a demi-god, and a prominent part of the Greek Pantheon, so I'd say he does count.

Athena wasn't the only one to help Odysseus. There was a great number of gods involved in the Siege of Troy, many of which (Poseidon for one) played a crucial part. Poseidon himself made the Trojan work by killing the man who said it was a trap.
