this is a guide on how to attack or farm nearby towns safely-meaning that when he revenges you, you have enough troops to defend back.

first, choose your target :



secondly, confirm you decision and prepare to scout.
you may use whatever number of scouts you like except 1. ( 1 is used to scout very low prestige towns and not recommened except you are scouting for second or third time. )
