negative feedback is just as important as positive feedback.
It should also be taken into account that there are alot of teens and children playing this game.Teens and children have not yet developed the discipline or social skills required to give only constructive,positive feedback or to give negative feedback in a manner that the forum mods and Evony require, but they are customers none the less.what is more important the content of the feedback or the manner in which it is presented?
Several people on this forum have the Reps on Skype and talk to them on a regular basis. See if in the suggestions forum, you can make a thread that at least one rep would be willing to give feedback in on a regular basis. It is a small thing to ask and if asked properly, I am sure at least one of them would be willing to agree.
