    After still no reply to any e mails i must presume there is NO support at all, this is a breach of terms of agreement and besides the fact i think his could make a fantastic game iv'e decided i have been fiddled.. i will be seeing my lawyer soon.. my skype is moseswr if anyone wants to be apart of this skype me

    Smiters, you're going to have to be more specific. I see nothing in the member agreement that says the developers will respond to us within a given period of time.

    If you want to sue, go ahead. Just remember that in order to collect, you'll have to sue in a jurisdiction in which UMGE has assets. Are you conversant with the legae?l standards of that jurisdiction? How will the user agreement likely be interpreted there?

    Until you have aligned your claims of actionable tort and sustained damage with the jurisprudence of your chosen jurisdiction, please don't bother us with your offers of joining the action. I, for one, have no intention of waging a legal battle across the Pacific Ocean when I haven't brought a tangible consideration to give force the the "agreement".
