Looks like along with yesterdays medal change requirement for the highest title they also changed the drop rate on level 10 NPC's. Maybe I am wrong but use to be you were guaranteed a medal when hitting a fresh level 10, but as you'll see in the attached report, that has changed too.

If you always had a medal when hitting a level 10, you were damn lucky. Most of the time i don't get any.

How u guys do the attacking? Im getting 10-20 medals per npc (conquering) in server w6. The hods guide didnt tell u how long for each wave to attack, best attack at 3 mins interval per WAVE.
I couldnt believe it but i GOT all the nation and justice medals i need for furstin title from just 3 lvl 10 npcs.
I tried the hods guide, but i just got 4 medals only. (need to be more specific)

Yeah, I think they lowered the drop rate on lvl10s, I was getting a medal every attack or two, now went four straight attacks without gaining anything

Hand to god. I've restrained from conquering the ******* just because of the need for medals. I'll typically get the loyalty all the way down to 10ish and stop. I'm sure my luck will change and I'll get several in a row but as of now, zilch. Originally Posted by thanakar

false. its more than 50% chance of dropping medals. I started yesterday and i got 8 nations in 3 justice in 18 attacks. still continuing today.
