No more guarenteed medals from level 10?

Just farmed all my justice medals, too me a good 2-3 hours of farming 6 minutes between all attacks.

I too want to know the armies you ppl send to npc 10 to defeat (1st wave) & then to farm medals. I have hero attack 130 , all techs 10, can add a corselet, will it be sufficient to get min loss wins?

Looks like along with yesterdays medal change requirement for the highest title they also changed the drop rate on level 10 NPC's. Maybe I am wrong but use to be you were guaranteed a medal when hitting a fresh level 10, but as you'll see in the attached report, that has changed too.

You didn't think they'd want people to actually obtain the medals needed for the new requirements without making money off of it did you?
