Personally I don't think it matters if it is natural or man made. If we go into another ice age, or any drastic temperature change, a lot of people are going to die. If we can find a way to attempt to stabilize the planet (pretty laughable really, but I think it is worth a try) or at least to slow down the process, then we have a better chance.

I don't know if 'going green' is the answer, or if it even in the right direction, but having better air where people in large cities don't die of lung cancer or develope horrible asthma just from breathing would be nice.

I don't know if anyone saw a documentry that was on a while ago, I can't quite remember what it was called. But when 9/11 happened, they grounded all the planes in the world. When that happened, the world itself, climate wise completely changed. The air itself was alot cleaner, here in England, the sun was out. There was no deposits of the fuel in the atmosphere. I personally beleive we are killing the earth. Once a hole appears in our atmosphere, none of us can actually imagine. Also on this programme, it explained the melting of the ice caps. In the past 20 years, an area the size of Greenland has melted in the south pole. If less than another half of that is to melt, places like New York and Jamaca, will all be under water. I will try and find out what the programme was called, it was very interesting.

I don't think they grouned every aircraft in the world, and even if it were, the skys being clear for a day or two would not really make that much of a differance, and Engand was cloudy long before the invention of aircraft.

I saw it when if first came out, and for the most part it was great, I jsut don't remeber that palne thing being in there.

All the same, if it happens it does, not much you can do about it if you're going to get frozen, its gonna happen no matter what... Fate not so much Karma most likely. Besides wasn't there talk of some meteor thats going to hit the earth in some 50 years or something and wipe us all out?

That movie has been discredited a million times over and the guy who made it doesent belive it himself seeing as he flys his lear jet all over the place which is one of the least fuel efficient jets there is.
