I will massacre the forums if the only changes in Age 2 are stupid things like a new interface and more items to spend your money on.

I think it's time we come clean and tell everyone the truth about Age2. Here we go....

Every player will be issued 2 falcons. No longer will you have scouts, but instead you must train your falcons to spy for you. They can see everything in an enemy city, but only a wizard can interpret their reports so you also need to recruit wizards and pay them an exorbitant salary. We also thought it would be fun to use our falcons for player mail. When you want to send a message to another player, you must use one of your falcons. There will, of course, be a travel time involved. To make things even more exciting, occasionally NPC's will shoot down your falcon and prevent your mail from being delivered.

Awesome, huh? Just wait until I tell you about marching armies! (You know how unrealistic it is that they can march for hundreds of miles without a break? Well, we said we're an RTS, and we figure we should stress the RT. Therefore, armies will now only march at approximately 30 miles per day, after which they make camp for the night and set out again the next morning.) So cool!
