5 Min Free Speed Upgrade
*Pretty Much known by Every one but for the Ones that dont know
And I have not Seen a Post like this yet!

***First Thing First***
The Speed Upgrade is Only based on the unmodified Time of the Building be Built

???What Can I Speed Upgrade and How Far Can i go with it???

Format: Build Name = Max Level

***CITY ITEMS***
Farms = Level 4
Sawmills = Level 3
Quarrys = Level 3
Ironmines = Level 2

***TOWN ITEMS***
Cottages = Level 3
Barracks - Level 1
INN = Level 1
Stable = Level 1
Forge = Level 1
Rally Spot = Level 2

***Items That CAN NOT be Done***
Relief Station
Work Shops
Warehouse
Embassy
Academy
Becon Tower
Market Place
Feasting Hall
Town Hall
Walls

Does Not Work When Demolishing Building

The five minute free speed up is based on the basis time of a building or research. Without any bonuses from tech upgrades or hero attributions.

So even if it says on your screen that it will cost you 3m35, if the basis time is 6m20 (for instance), that's what the system refers to.
