How to get 11 citys

If you have even a single open city slot, you can begin construction an ANY NUMBER of cities, as long as you have the flat, 250 workers, and 10K each resource.

However, once you are at your allowed maximum, you better recall the other building armies or abadon the newly built city of you are making NPCs. Any cities begun construction prior to reaching your limit will NOT complete their city building properly once you have reached the limit... you will not gain an extra city once you have reached your title limit. AND WORSE, you can bug yourself.

Myself and others have been building NPCs and accidently let the 'overage' city complete building and bugged our accounts. Even if you abandon to leave yourself with a open city slot, the 'other city' that never built still seems to count against you you now end up down a city. Bug reporting and begging from CSR got no relief... I had to grind for over a week to gain a new title to unbug myself.

Mods, please lock this thread. I would like to see it get buried so no one tries this. I think those that will only find that they have bugged their account, and if one were a pessimist, that may have been the true goal of the OP. Let this thread languish and die. Thanks.
