This is the OTD Parliament, where the Council discusses and resolves issues and problems of the OTD. These problems are solved by voting, using "points."
when an issue comes, we shall vote for the solutuion and the vote with the most points wins. And the higher your position in parliament, the more points you get. Also, there's no overthrowing, deposing or dissolving the Government or the Monarch. Oh and the most important part: Only members of parliament may talk.

you know dylan if you have a monarch it isn't Democratic. Also Pie a democracy is a little different then Democratic republic. Last if you have a ruler they are the "king" so the monarch is the ruler and king, unless you have a prime minister and have the "monarch" there for show and ask advice but they have really no say, like England has similar today. So what is this anyway? Are we fixing it?
