This is the OTD Parliament, where the Council discusses and resolves issues and problems of the OTD. These problems are solved by voting, using "points."
when an issue comes, we shall vote for the solutuion and the vote with the most points wins. And the higher your position in parliament, the more points you get. Also, there's no overthrowing, social contracts, deposing or dissolving the Government or the Monarch. Oh and the most important part: Only members of parliament may talk.
The Ruler gets 4 points.
The Monarch gets 3 points.
Mods get 2 points.
and Other Candidates also get 2 points.
And the elected parliament members (by the ruler) get 1.
