    From the thread "Ask Ben" Thalin has come out to answer some questions.

    From questions asked he replied word for word

    A big part of 13 article was the deafening silence from ANY Game Dev towards any Evony player with an issue. We are just completely ignored, even if we pay good money to Evony it makes no difference.

    -I would say this is not true. We have helped a multitude of players. I do note though what doesn't happen is that the forum post is not given a final report on the outcome and what happened to fix it. We should do that from now on.

    Sending in Bug Reports i KNOW what it will say before it arrives, it's the same one. Then you will probably win the lottery before you will get another response from an actual person who can do something.

    -Again, I'd say not really. If you're not getting help from the customer service bug report function, post it in the forum. Alert your community liaison officer, that is what they are there for, to act as your champions and raise issues to the company. Use what you have. I know when I'm alerted, I work immediately on the issue until closure with the player or players involved. I think that could be said about all liaisons or even our moderator staff who help. What we fail to do though is post an outcome report.

    This will be interestin' to see as it develops.

    Also might be a good idea to specify the players that did anythin' to contact a rep/liason...Thalin specified that anyone who contacts them should have a resolved issue, but left little mention of those who follow the ticketin' system...

    Might I suggest makin' a poll?
    Somethin' like..
    • I contacted a rep/liason and my issue was solved
    • I contacted a rep/liason and my issue was not solved
    • I didn't contact a rep/liasion and my issue was solved
    • I didn't contact a rep/liasion and my issue was not solved

    Not really, but Thalin has been pretty helpful to me; I trust that he is working on things. I have one wish though; I want him to stop the WN3 merger. But, I know he can't so I won't use that against him.

    We’ll wait for tomorrow, then I’ll PM him about what I think of the WN3 merger, the whole world will know lol.

    It would help if there was a poll on this..as far as my experience, I've made two different ingame petition/reports of multiaccount / exploit abuse (though both turned out to be the same person, lol) that are as of yet unanswered after almost a month - although the person has since quit or become inactive, the accounts are still running.

    I made one report of a severe exploit, which did get a quick initial acknowledgement, though the exploit still exists.

    There is a poll on this thread. The exception to allowing random "I hate Evony" no clicks, readers are asked, moreorless, to post a comment explaining their answer. This is a much better tack than a simple poll.

    They have a bad Rap. Plus its Time we all find something eles to do. I rather spend this money on a promiscuous GIRL. LOL Thanks for helping me realiz that EVONY ***t. lol

    I network with a lot of startups and small biz's here in my area and I'm thinking is Evony really that big a staff in the first place? I wonder what kind of tracking software and intranet they are using? Not asking for details but stuff is out there. Open source is amazing in how much is available for small biz's.
