It takes 20 loyalty to level, and adds 25 to comfort for gold. then you're trading gold for wood, and gain +5 loyalty, keeping it at 100% for max gold from taxes every 15 minutes, and sell that wood you just bought cheaply via levy and comfort on the market for triple the gold. Or use it as wood at a discount price for your stuff.

Pretty much...gold floods in so easily and quickly and barely gets put to any use that goin' through all that effort for the sake of some more gold is jus' an energy-killer..I don't use tax rates at all, jus' have it at 0%. Even havin' it at 100% on all of my cities wouldn't even show up noticably on my gold counter.
