An embassy should also reflect the primary government body for which it is a part, and you can't tell me that every millitary installation that is built now days has to revert to using stones and slings before they can re-learn everything the rest of their country knows so they can fight with tanks and jets...

So again I have to disagree that the manner in which it is implemented is not realistic...

But yeah I will deal with it one way or another. Thanks for the thoughts though.
If a school is built in another part of the country funded by an already existin' school does it have to be built from scratch or does it jus' magically materialse?
No; it has to be built from the ground up, jus' like the first one.

As for researches...I'd say the same thing...if you start up a colony in another country that hasnae been built up to a city, those people arenae jus' gunna automatically have all your knowledge; you'll need to construct a college and teach them; but you don't have to do the initial researches yourself anymore 'cuz you've already done it. But to teach the new city, you'll want the academy.

Ever wonder why you have schools, colleges and universities in every city you can think of? No...it's not jus' a convinience thing.

Idk whre you're pullin' stones and slings from....you mean you'd want to jus' build a lv1 barracks and be able to train b'listers w/ it, jus' because your main city has it? Well barracks need certain upgrades to go from buildin' pikes and daggers for your pikemen and scouts, all the way up to bein' fully equipped to construct seige mechanics. I mean...if you own a military workshop and can construct seige mechanics, and you build another one a hundred miles away, do you expect it to be able to do al the same things immediately? Ofc not; it has to start small, then you start to upgrade it and implement all the fancy machinery to be able to start buildin' bigger things until it can match your initial one.

That upgradin' process in Evony has been appropriately named "Upgrade". It's wholly unrealistic to expect a fresh, new village to have all the capabilities of it's foundin' city w/o doin' some serious upgrades.
