in my opinion, the time change will probably never happen. i'm not saying that it shouldn't. in fact i'd be all for it. but it probably will never happen. why? because humans are selfish. the time change would effect 3-4 generations. but those 3-4 generations would hold back all future generations by not being willing to adjust. all generations after ours wouldn't know the difference because they weren't around for the old system. the old generations wouldn't know the difference because they are already dead. but the few billion people alive now are too self-involved to realize all the positives to changing our system of time. most people would whine about it because they have to adjust to how it changes.
