    so if you go to the UMGE website you may have the option to talk to a representative of UMGE just at the top of the following page you may click on live online chat and give a username to chat with a reason a phone number and which game you are wanting to inquire about.

    For all you people that think your cries for help will not get answered here in the forums or you want to talk about your username being banned or anything else for that matter you may get a second chance. check out their live chat

    Don't even try it. I went there just to check it out and all you see is:

    You are number 2 in the queue.

    For hours and hours that doesn't change.

    If they can't even sort 2 people in a queue out then there is absolutely nobody there in that chat!

    Edit: I forgot to mention that yesterday I finaly got hold of someone there, after many many tries. That person started with "oh we have a system error, we will check your account out and reimburse you" or something along those lines. He didn't even listen to me when I said I never bought came coins and never will. To the problem with the servers etc he said: contact our GM.

    I like the 3 topics you can choose to enquire about at the livechat site:

    1.powerlevelling
    2.civony
    3.gold

    add- I would caution people NOT to input a phone number there. They give no reason to have it.

    Not to mention you have to give up your phone number. With the concerns about UGME's business reputation if you sign up for live chat you're also potentially signing up for your number to be sold to telemarketers and even possibly putting yourself at risk for identity theft..

    After waiting 2 hours on the queue for the live chat feature, this is what I kept seeing :

    So I've been the only person in queue and waiting for the next available agent. They can't help me for 2 hours, but they DO want me to click on the ads banner. IF THIS ISN'T A CLEAR SCAM I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS!!!
