I have had prophetic dreams, but never anything of importance, just trivial bits of a conversation or an event in my life of no obvious significance.
I have also experienced waking up in deep sleep paralysis (very scary) usually from a bad dream.
I have trouble remembering most of my dreams, but there are portions of some that I still remember years after I had the dream. (Even some from my childhood)
