It can take me countless hours to fall asleep and then I'm almost guaranteed to wake up within two hours...I can usually get back to sleep pretty fast, but I'll still wake up soon after again. Screws me over 'cuz I can never really get into a deep sleep for very long; makes me permantaly tired; also means I spend a lot of time rememberin' my dreams.
I honestly don't know the last time I managed to sleep 8 hours straight.

They did an experiment on that, to try and put some science behind that; they reckon that there's a selective memory effect on a large series of random dreams, some of them tend to wind up bein' similar to later real life events and the mind remembers a dream, thinkin' that it was a prediction.
