Angry New n00b city takes my only flat - LAME!

So here I am playing Evony. I'm JUST about to build a new city when some guy joins... and gets put right in my only space to build a new city. Considering that this new player is dormant, it makes the game seem like a waste of time. Now I can't expand, and the new city has absolutely no point. The game designers should really make a way to take out all the players who join and NEVER PLAY THE GAME AGAIN!

This is how I think they should do it.

1st they send a E-mail to the player warning that his city may be removed... say 1 month after his account has last been accessed.

2nd if the account sees no more action for a week after the E-mail then the city is turned over to NPC's. If the player who originally owned the city logs on after this has taken place the NPC city is then returned to his possession. While he is away though the city should be able to be attacked and CAPTURED by other players. Thus, expanding their empire. This would make the game MUCH more interesting. You shouldn't have any complaints from players who lose cities. A month without playing means that they are almost defiantly not playing, if they ARE playing and just can't access it for some time then they will be warned, and if and when they return they will regain control of their city(s). (If they haven't been captured by then.)

First, I believe that there are already such things in place.

Second, I find it hard to believe that he took the only flat available to you. Surely there are others? Surely something exists in a space of 25 miles?

There's already a system in place to remove 0 or >100 prestige players or players with a last city at 0 loyalty after a set time of inactivity, provided they didn't pay cents (in which case they're never removed, from what I was told).
    It's all Rodri's fault.

If we all reacted the same way, we'd be predictable, and there's always more than one way to view a situation. What's true for the group is also true for the individual. It's simple: overspecialize, and you breed in weakness. It's slow death.

    >100= 3 day's (after bp is over)

    101-999 = 7 days (after bp)

    1000< = 90 days

Payed money for cents = Never

Yes there are systems in place to remove inactive towns. It would be nice if they were actually removed in the time frames stated. That's all I'm saying.
    PEACE
