I used to play with barbies lol until i asked for an action man and my mum took a heart attack.
The Barbies that are brought out now are more "beautifullly inclined" to keep up with the culture that they have hit upon these days.
young children are starting to become more image consious and its not just barbuie that is doing that. Its other things like supermodels.
One example is in america Beauty Pageants, the mothers drees their children up and send them on their way to get jusdged on looks and what way they dress.
That is also teaching basd values to kids. Also if they found out barbies real life measurements they would probably want to be like her. i can post them up lol if ya want and you can see how that might affect children.
