This thread is not asking for support or help...it is just my opinion.
Reading through the threads of this forum it becomes very evident that "Customer Support" is pretty well non-existent.
I myself lost 60k troops in the last server maintenance and have sent 2 requests in to "Tech Support" for help with the problem. It has been almost 12 hours since I lost the troops and still no answer as to what is happening.
I am an avid player of online games and believe that game developers should be supported financially from players for "Good" games. I supported this game to the tune of $200.00 US believing that the game was pretty good.
I still believe that the game is good, but I found out that player support is non-existent. Why on earth would I support a game that does not support it players?
I also have a nagging doubt about the loss of in-game items and troops...with no one willing to answer my questions about the loss, it leads me to believe that this might be some kind of intentional "loss" to entice players to buy more "coins" to try to help replace what they have lost.
Needless to say, I will be doing a "Chargeback" through my credit card company. Maybe in the future when they decide to fill the most basic of needs in reference to Customer Support, I will again support them.
