    Default Get rid of scout bombing

    Easy fix.Make scouts unable to attack. Only Scout.

    Scout bombing is gamebreaker.

    totally unbalanced.

    Close your gates when you get a scout bomb sent to you, or put some cavs in your city.

    I think this thread belongs in the Game Suggestions Box.

    Now, I think scouts could attack because they needed an attack number when they scout something and come up against enemy scouts. The game makers most likely either ignored this or didn't give a hoot that sound-barrier-breakin' scouts could attack, because they're quite terrible at it. Or so they thought.

    "Game breaker"? I love these people... anything that gives attackers a ghost of a chance at victory is now a "game breaker", even if it costs them a week of preparation, 700,000 scouts and 200 attacks.

    Please... learn to play the game the way it stands, same as everyone else. Scout attacks can be successfully defeated under the current system if you bother to give it some thought and put 1/4 of the time into preparing a defense that the attacker has put into preparing for his/her attack. If you haven't done that much then you deserve to lose, simple as that.

    Absolutely 100% Kefa.
    The people that always ask for any attacking benefits to be taken from the game should play SimNPC or somesuch.
    Like a lot seem to.

    yh do that.. get rid of scout bombing... at the same time reduce the range of arcs to like.. ONE

    Scoutbombs are little more game-breakin' than warriorbombs...or swordbombs...or pikebombs....

    Keep in mind it takes about a million scouts to kill 250k archers (maybe)....how is that gamebreakin'?

    What about sendin' in 500k pikes to kill 300k ponies? Is that a gamebreaker?

    Or 600k archers to kill 100k raams?

    If scoutbombs could kill archers 1:1 it would be a breaker, but considerin' the sheer number required and how simple it is to completely crush a scoutbomb attack (100k scouts vs 45k swords = swords take less than 5k deaths) it's hardly a gamebreaker.

    Going through the forums I read where archers are overpowered, now scouts are overpowered. What next? Cavalry and cataphracts are overpowered?

    It seems the carebear war rages on. There were those who said the carebears had won the war a long time ago and quit the game shortly after. Others stayed around and tried to work out ways to beat the "unbeatable defence".

    The efforts of those who were prepared to put in the work and sacrifice large numbers of troops are starting to show results. So what do the carebears do?
    Same tactics that they used before basically, call for major changes to the game mechanics to protect their castles from any and all attacks.

    If you don't want to fight wars and risk losing all, perhaps this is the wrong game for you.

    the reason it take 1 mil scout to kill 250k archer it is because you can only send 100k unit per wave. i am pretty sure 100k scout can do a lot of dmg to 100k archer probly kill about 50k archer depend on the attacker hero
