OK, I'll explain it step by step.

Assuming you have ample amount of Scouts, say 7k.

1. Must have lvl 9 Rally Point, Feasting Hall and 1 slot on your Town Hall to be able to conquer valley.
2. Must have 9 heroes, one being the mayor and 8 use for attack.
3. Choose lvl 1 valley regardless of type, but i recommend grass or swamp, somewhere about 10 miles at least. (scouts move fast, so if you choose a valley below 10 miles radius, you might not be able to send 8 attack per wave.
4. Now using 140 scouts, conquer you selected valley with an interval of around 8 - 10 seconds per attack, then abandon the valley as soon as it is conquered.
5. Remember to heal.
6. As soon as all your scouts returned, send them again for another wave. you don't have to wait for regeneration.
7. Repeat step 4 to 6.

Don't get frustrated if you get nothing on your 1st attack, Medals normally dropped after my 4th wave, thats why you need more scouts. Be patient.
