    People really need to read the Terms of Service that they agreed to. Because even the Delaware Department of State cannot do anything for them as they agreed to the terms of service by registering to play. This makes it a binding contract agreed upon by both parties.

    Yes. The only legitimate dispute in this case would be non-delivery of game coins. If you did not get game coins that you paid for, then you have a right to seek recompense.

    Agreed, anything more than that as far as complaints for the product i.e. the game itself, would not be considered appropriate to report to this group.

    At least I think thats the case if I am reading this correctly.

    In most states,A minor CANNOT sign a legally binding "contract" without a adults approval.How many 12 yearolds do we see on WC everyday?(not including the ones who act 12 )

    It's not the responsibility of the company to baby-sit children. If they signed a contract under false pretences that is their parents problem.

    The only issue that is actually debatle here is rule 21.

    People losing their accounts, getting locked out, etc. have no legal strife that will follow through with Evony.
