How many of you complainers speak English? Of the few who raised their hands, how many of you realize how fast game cents can be spent? Since there are no further hands, I suggest watching how you spend game cents since, in my experience, most of you do NOT pay attention to your spending so you really do NOT know whether you received paid for cents or not because you spend them as fast as you get them.

Yes, I agree with that, but there is just one thing. Seeing as acessing bank/CC statements is simple then reviewing purchases isn't all that much of a problem.

AB, yes, the game has problems and yes, some should be fixed, but this thread is about fixing the problems. It's about scaring the Evony staff.
I disagree, sir- I think this thread gives people that have legitimate gripes a recourse- I mean if it was IN GAME money being lost, then an IN GAME solution would prolly fit. However alot of the complaining is about REAL WORLD cash, and as such a REAL WORLD solution is in order.
On that note I also would forward the idea that anyone having issues that arent resolved in a timely fashion can contact Paypal, or their Credit Card company, and complain there as well.
And one last thing- If the Evony people havent done anything wrong, or whatever, well then there isnt anything to fear, now is there?

Of course, anyone lodging a complaint with any of the mentioned companies or authorities needs to be absolutely certain of their claim and be completely honest in their complaint.
We are talking about the real world and lodging false or misleading claims can be considered fraud.

This is correct, And I agree. However JUST having a complaint about how things are run is NOT fraud- its really opinion. I dont think scammers and liars will be contacting a government agency to complain- it will be those with serious issue with the way things are run.

As a self employed man, I know the Better Business people, and the City, would close me up fast if I had even half the complaints Evony has lodged against it (to scale of course)

It does say SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION of transaction. Taking your money but not giving the goods does not qualify, therefore agreeing to the terms does not save them from these errors.

In fact, there is NO CONTRACT that allows one to take money and then not render a service because then that Contract is unlawful and thus not binding. A Non-Binding Contract is not able to hold up in the Court of Law.

I hope the Real World Money issues get cleared up, as I do enjoy the game. When actual money is in the picture a response is warranted in a timely manner, my suggestion is 24 Hours.

I was one who told Evony in a calm way twice that I did not receive what I paid for and you know what they did? Nothing.

I will be reporting them as well. Thanks for the link original poster.

And to all of you who have nothing else to do but call us "retards" because evony took our money and ran please go get a life.

    Umm ....no. Fail.

This has nothing to do with spending coins really fast since we would have to receive the coins in the first place to spend them. You know...after we paid for them with real money and everything.

Orders are processed and dispensed instantly and automatically when payment is submitted. Users agree that once payment is successfully submitted, no refund will be granted and user will receive the purchased digital item.
Several U.S. courts have already ruled that a websites Terms of Service are not legally binding contracts. The most famous case involves a law suit against "Second Life" in which the judge ruled that all Terms Of Service amount to "contracts of adhesion" and are therefore not necessarily legally binding or legally enforceable.
It would be folly for evony to put all it`s eggs in that basket of thinking they are immune from being sued merely based on the wording of the Terms Of Service.
