Possible new rule for spam threads

here is one definition of spam - unwanted and unnecesary messages with very little or no meaning or point. is that a good definition?

And what you think has little to no meaning might be important to someone. Example - do you read the labels on the food you get from the grocery store to see what's in it? Might not be important to you, but someone with allergies (simple food coloring Saffron - a cause of anaphylaxis) may read it so it's there even though it costs money and time to print, edit, and market.
