Okay, so I've already built my second city. So basically, I already know the requirements. The thing is, I've conquered another flat in order to build a new city. But the "build city" button is off. I can't click it. I have the requirements already. Anyone had this problem who can help? Please.

Double check the city you are trying to build from has the workers and requirements needed.
And obviously check you have a rally spot or you can't send troops out at all, and that the rally spot has an available attack slot, ie if you have a rally spot lv1 and have troops out attacking or defending, they will use the single slot up and no more can be sent.I can't say it enough!

u cant make 3 citys if your a knight u have to be baronet

You can hold one extra city per title upgrade. So a knight can hold two cities, a baronet can hold three, a baron, four...
