None - there have been no reply to any of my inquiry other than an automated response
Sorta - someone has responded but couldn't/wouldn't solve the problem

ZERO response from tech support on lost army and resources during server crashes. Happened to me so many times I've given up on mailing them.
i only got a response after i emailed a 2nd time saying i hadn't gotten a response the 1st....and even then it wasn't helpful, the only thing they said was to do something that doesn't even work
Twice I lost my army and loot today alone, and as usual I sent the tech support ticket and as usual, they were TOTALLY IGNORED. Never once did I ever hear back from them on any of the issues I sent even dating 3-4 weeks back.
I had a problem with an item that I got from Game Coins (and I've spent over 100 dollars on game coins) and haven't gotten a response from that.
If they don't respond to the paying customers about something that they paid for, they're not responding to anyone.
And, oh hey, look at that, I'm not giving them any more money![]()
What a surprise, I sent a test question asking about buying game coins and they replied within 20 minutes!
