Stuck on Loading page

I've read through the forum and I while I've seen many other people have had this problem, I haven't seen any solutions.

I'm stuck on the loading page and have been for days. I'm on server 63 and I've posted on my servers forum to no avail. If anyone knows if this is my problem or the servers problem and how to fix it, let me know.
